PLACING AN ORDER

There are several options available to customers when purchasing from Toti Handcrafted Accessories. Orders may be placed by phone, email, directly from the website or visiting us in person at one of our outdoor events.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international orders at this time.

 

WEBSITE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Toti Handcrafted Accessories accepts the following methods of payment:

Direct Deposit - Please email us prior to making payment.  Bank details will be provided by return email.

On Line (Website) - We are currently in the process of setting up this option.  Once it is up and running the following will apply.  By selecting this option you will be redirected to PayPal, for Credit / Debit card payments. This is a secure site with data encryption to ensure the privacy of your details. We never actually see or have access to your credit card details. We are informed only of the approval status of your purchase, so that your order can be processed and dispatched without delay.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.  Accepted cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Australia Post Money Order - Products will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Cheque - Personal cheques are accepted on the condition that the cheque has cleared prior to dispatch, usually 3-5 business days.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post Regular as our preferred method of delivery.

Postal charges are calculated using Australia Post Distance charges.  We are happy to accept orders of any size and therefore do not have a minimum charge for postage/delivery.  All orders will be treated on an individual basis and standard Australia Post charges will be applied according to weight, size and destination. 

Registered Post is an optional extra. Registered post insures your order up to $100 against loss and provides parcel tracking. The cost of Registered Post is $2.50 extra. 

Some of our items have free postage and this refers to Regular Post only.  The option of Registered Post is at the cost of the customer. Please contact us if you wish to use this option.

Toti Handcrafted Accessories understands that once you have placed an order and paid for it, you will anxiously await its arrival. We therefore have a policy to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of cleared payment.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Toti Handcrafted Accessories, we make every effort to ensure that your parcel is shipped free from defects or faults, but if there is a problem with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.  Toti Handcrafted Accessories gives you a 14 day money back guarantee on faulty items from the date printed on the invoice. Products must be unused and returned at the expense of the customer.

For all returns, along with the product please include your full name, contact details and receipt. When sending items back to us, we recommend using registered post so that you can track your parcel in case of mishap during transit. All returns must be packaged safely and securely, as damage during transit can complicate the returns process.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, Specials or change of mind.
